This villa is located on the edge of the village of Babici, not far from the town of Kastelir in the centre of Istria and offers a magnificent panoramic view of Kastelir, the green hills and the sea. The holiday resort of Lanterna with its beach, sports and entertainment facilities is only 10 minutes away by car. There are numerous taverns, wine cellars, shops, cafés and many cycling and hiking trails in the surrounding area. The outdoor facilities of the holiday home include a 24 m2 pool with sun loungers, a summer kitchen with barbecue and a covered terrace with dining table, the perfect place for al fresco dining and relaxing. The 1000 m2 plot is fully fenced to ensure the privacy of guests. Several parking spaces are available in the courtyard as well as four bicycles.
This villa for 8 people was completely renovated in 2013 in the Istrian country house style. It has a living space of 145 square metres with two separate living units, making it the ideal choice for two families. The first unit is spread over two floors and consists of a living area with a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor and two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower/WC on the first floor.
The second unit consists of a living room with kitchen and dining table, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower/WC on the ground floor. The whole house is air-conditioned and both units have direct access to the terrace and the outdoor area.
