This villa is a luxurious modern holiday home in the small village of Anzici near the charming hilltop town of Višnjan in the centre of Istria. Many places of interest in Porec, Novigrad, Motovun, Pazin are nearby. The house is situated on a 1580 square metre fenced plot and offers its guests the following outdoor facilities: 30 square metre pool, sun loungers, well-tended lawn, summer kitchen with barbecue fireplace, covered, spacious terrace by the pool and several parking spaces. In the spacious outdoor area you will also find play facilities for the little ones, a table tennis table and 6 bicycles. The wonderful wellness area with Finnish sauna and indoor whirlpool also provides relaxation, while the pool can be heated on request for those who prefer to spend their holiday in the less hot months before or after the season.260m2 of living space spread over 2 floors, the holiday home can accommodate up to 8 people. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a cosy living room with plenty of natural light through the large windows, TV and fireplace, a bathroom and one of the 4 bedrooms, which also has its own bathroom with bath/shower. On the upper floor there are three further bedrooms, two of which have a double bed and en-suite bathroom and one with two beds, en-suite bathroom and balcony with garden furniture and wonderful views to the outside.
