Discover the ideal holiday stay for your family in the picturesque Westkapelle, Zeeland. Our charming holiday apartment offers a comfortable and stylish base for up to 4 people, spread over 45 square meters.

In the fully equipped kitchen, you will find everything you need to prepare delicious meals: a dishwasher, fridge with freezer, microwave, oven, stove, kettle, and coffee maker.

The living room, with a comfortable sofa and a dining area. There is a television and Wifi available.

There are two bedrooms, one with two single beds that form a double bed. This bedroom is accessible from the living room. From this bedroom, you reach the shower room. There is a cot available for the little ones.
The other bedroom has a bunk bed.

Outside, you can enjoy the fresh Zeeland air on your own terrace, at the front of the street. For your convenience, there is a parking space right in front of the apartment. Please note: the apartment is a non-smoking environment.

Behind the house in the shared courtyard, there is a playset ready for your children to play on.

This holiday apartment is also available for long-term rental, ideal for those who want to enjoy the peace and beauty of Zeeland for a longer period. The house Meeuwennest has 5 apartments and a bungalow behind the house.
Apartment Kokmeeuw is located on the ground floor at the front of the house.

The house is approximately 100 meters from the lighthouse on the main street of Westkapelle.
The beach can be reached in about 7 minutes on foot.
Restaurants and shops are about 5 minutes walk from the house.

Short vacation

We were in the Kokmeeuw for a weekend in December 2025 and can only report good things. The apartment has everything you need, is very well equipped, and very clean. You feel very comfortable. The contact with Mrs. De Korte is very friendly, and everything went super smoothly. Westkapelle is our favorite village in Zeeland; from the apartment, you can quickly reach the dike and the village, and the creek is also quickly accessible for a great walk. Domburg, Zoutelande, and also Middelburg are quickly and easily accessible. We will keep going to Westkapelle and also gladly stay again in an apartment from Mrs. de Korte. From us, there are full 5 stars?
