In a very beautiful environment, only a few steps away from the beach and the sea, you will find this dreamlike holiday villa which is intended for up to 8 people. Everything is within walking distance from this villa. Although you live outside the hustle and bustle, the nearest beach is only 70 metres away and the centre of the village is only a 10-minute walk away. The holiday villa is offered with 2 floors, the ground floor with direct access to the pool area and the 1st floor. The 2nd upper floor is not rented and occupied, so the villa is here for sole use on 150 m². The lower floor consists of a large, air-conditioned living/dining room with a very well equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. In addition, there is a bathroom which is only accessible from the pool area.
The living/dining room as well as the bedroom and the outside bathroom have direct access to the pool area. On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. All three bedrooms are air-conditioned, have direct access to the 1st floor balcony and have sea views. All air conditioners in this villa have not only a cooling function but also a heating function for colder months. The 4 bathrooms which are located in the inner part of the villa can be heated.
Washing machine and tumble dryer are available. The fantastic outdoor area is designed in such a way that one has a lot of privacy in the whole outdoor area. The centrepiece here is the 32 m² private swimming pool, which can be heated as required, an outdoor shower, 6 sun loungers, garden furniture for everyone and a terrace with a charcoal barbecue. The swimming pool measures 8 metres x 4 metres. There is a parking space in the enclosed grounds of the house. Another parking space is available in front of the house. The parking spaces are free of charge.
