We only acquired this beautiful apartment this year and are therefore new to Ferienhausmiete.
We have been offering our house in Carolinensiel here since 2020. There, we have already had the pleasure of hosting wonderful guests.

The apartment is stylishly furnished and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen not only offers a modern kitchenette, but is also equipped with a dishwasher, a kettle, and a coffee machine to start your morning perfectly. Enjoy your meals at the elegant dining table or relax in the living area, which offers direct access to the south-facing balcony.
One of the highlights of the apartment is the balcony, which invites you to linger and where you can enjoy the fresh North Sea air. A parking space is also available to you, making arrival by car uncomplicated.
The holiday apartment Anna is a non-smoking accommodation and therefore especially clean and fresh. We do not accommodate pets, as the apartment is equipped to be allergy-friendly. Long-term rentals are also possible, ideal for those who wish to stay longer in the beautiful North Sea region. A high chair is available for our little guests, and an iron is also provided in case you need to freshen up your clothes during your stay.

After an eventful day, head to a restaurant, cafe, pub, or just for an ice cream in the center, which you can reach on foot in two minutes—a great advantage over traditional holiday home settlements, where one holiday home lines up next to another and you have a long way to the lively center.
Here you do not live in a holiday home area, but in the center of Hooksiel. Despite this, the apartment located on the 1st floor is in a quiet area. The apartment offers you 52 sqm of living space with a large south-facing balcony. You can have breakfast there in the sun or end the evening overlooking the rooftops and the bell tower of Hooksiel. Garden use, double bed (180x200), sofa bed (80x195), TV, and WiFi are available. The kitchen is fully equipped. A private parking space and a lockable bicycle shed are available. Ideal for couples, a travel cot for children can be provided upon request, or the third guest can sleep in the living room on the sofa bed.

Gladly this year again...
We had an all-around perfect stay at the Anna vacation apartment in Hooksiel! The apartment is very lovingly furnished, extremely clean, and well-equipped – you feel welcome from the very first moment. The quiet location was particularly pleasant, yet central enough to reach everything quickly. The beds were also very comfortable, allowing us to recover well. Hooksiel itself is a wonderful holiday destination: the beautiful beach, the idyllic harbor, and the many walking and cycling paths invite you to relax and unwind. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, just right for a restful holiday at the North Sea. Restaurants, cafés, and small shops are easily accessible and complete the positive overall picture.
We felt very comfortable in the holiday apartment Anna and in Hooksiel overall, and we will definitely come back. A clear recommendation for anyone seeking tranquility, comfort, and North Sea flair!

Top apartment in top location
This is a very nicely furnished apartment. The bathroom and kitchen lack nothing. The living room is equipped with super comfortable relaxation seating/lying options. People who love the maritime will fully enjoy the lovingly decorated space.
The location of the apartment is great. The pedestrian zone and the Old Harbor can be reached in just a few minutes. Also noteworthy is the very pretty and detailed guest information folder. The personal contact with the landlords is also very positively assessed. Very friendly and helpful. I would gladly go there again.
recommend for: adventure and experience, holiday with children, cultural and sightseeing holiday

Vacation Rental Anna Short Stay
The vacation rental fully corresponds to the description. Everything is there that one needs for a relaxing holiday. Both the kitchen and the rest of the apartment are top-equipped and very well-maintained. Furthermore, the apartment is very quiet and still central.

Recreational value simply great
The apartment is unconditionally recommended. Nothing is missing. The bedroom is of suitable size with an appropriate wardrobe. The living room is cozily furnished. Everything is within walking distance. The bakery with delicious rolls is just around the corner. There is plenty of dining in Hooksiel. We have already been to the apartment several times. Not so nice is that the apartment is not barrier-free, as it is located on the 1st floor and there is no elevator. Upon arrival and departure, it was a bit exhausting with the luggage. Nevertheless, we will certainly book the apartment again.
