The holiday home Petterson was completed in July 2018 and lovingly furnished in a high-standard Nordic style. It is located near the beach along with the semi-detached house Findus and the detached house Finntorp on a beautifully designed property with a beach flair.

The terraces are sufficiently large and equipped with a table and chairs for 8 people, a parasol as well as a lounge and grill. The planting ensures an independent and delimited area on the terraces; in front of the house is a wide path that allows children to play.
Behind the house, there is the possibility to park bicycles.
On the street, but on the property, parking spaces are available.

The Petterson house offers on the ground floor a large living-dining room with an adjoining kitchen, to remain integrated into the group even while cooking. The large, massive dining table with chairs and the cozy sofa corner invite you to linger.

A bedroom for 2 people, a wardrobe, and a shower room complement the ground floor.
A staircase leads to the upper floor, where 3 generously designed double bedrooms and a large shower room provide space to retreat. One of the bedrooms is additionally equipped with a table and chairs, providing another option for reading, playing, or painting away from the group in the living room.

The house is equipped with Wi-Fi and offers electronic entertainment options including a smart TV, satellite connection, and a Blu-ray player.

The paths to the bakery (approx. 200 m) and to the grocery store (approx. 500 m) are easily manageable on foot. Nearby is a bicycle rental, a beautiful forest with a large playground and wildlife enclosure as an addition to the beautiful beach along the promenade of the small family Baltic resort of Kellenhusen.

The house Petterson is available for rental throughout the year, and Kellenhusen offers options every season to make vacations the most wonderful time of the year.
