Beautiful vacation home in the holiday village of Hou, ideal for small families. The vacation home is located in a quiet area at the end of a cul-de-sac. The house has a beautiful open-plan living room that opens onto the kitchen, so the cozy atmosphere doesn't have to end when cooking begins. The living room is equipped with a TV with Chromecast, a beautiful wood-burning stove, and plenty of space on the sofa. The rooms can accommodate 5 people in 3 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with a single bed and TV. The bathroom consists of a toilet, a sink with mirror, and a shower. The entrance to the house is through a beautiful large conservatory, which also has a dining table, but the conservatory is not heated. The house's garden borders a strip of forest, which is a lovely place to relax and play. The property offers a total of 1200 m2, with two terraces, garden furniture, a shelter and fire pit, and a trampoline. Located in the holiday village of Hou, it is not far from the water, shopping, and restaurants. Hals and the Limfjord are not far away, and the nearest golf course is only 6 km away. Two pets are allowed in the house. Not available for rental to youth or trades groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

The holiday home was spacious, and we never felt cramped despite having a full house, Great amenities, and the nearby dining options, especially Hou Pizza, were a hit with everyone!
