This modern vacation home in Oudkarspel was newly built in 2024 and is suitable for two people. Underfloor heating is installed throughout the house. It is located directly on the water. Enjoy the view of the canal and the landscape from your own terrace. An ideal place to escape everyday life and enjoy the natural surroundings in their beauty.
Near the house, there are several hiking and cycling paths to explore the polder landscape and the area. Oudkarspel itself has a friendly atmosphere. A trip to Amsterdam, Alkmaar, Schagen, or to the beach is absolutely worth the effort.
The house is compact and practically furnished, with a bright living room and a small, but fully equipped kitchen. There is a comfortable seating area with a view of the water and a dining table.
The very tastefully decorated bedroom, with warm colors, has a comfortable double bed. The bathroom is modern and equipped with a rain shower. Thanks to the large windows, the house feels bright and open, yet still provides enough privacy.
The waterfront terrace is a beautiful place to sit outside, a place to relax!

The North Holland village of Oudkarspel is located near Diepsmeerpark and the Geestmerambacht recreational area. The beach is about 15 km away. From Oudkarspel, you can visit the Broeker Veiling Museum and sail through the "Kingdom of a Thousand Islands" (Rijk der Duizend Eilanden). If you prefer to head towards the dunes and beach, Schoorl or Bergen aan Zee are easily accessible.
