The apartment is located in the village of Valbandon, near Fažana.

The property consists of four apartments and one room, all sharing a spacious garden with a swimming pool, children's playground, and lounge area.

This 40 m² ground-floor apartment is ideal for two adults. It features one bedroom, one bathroom, and an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area.

Guests have access to a shared swimming pool within a spacious garden of over 2,000 m². The property also offers a shared barbecue area, football goals, a children's playground, table tennis, and darts. A baby cot is available on request.

Free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and private parking are provided. Bicycle storage is also available. Pets are welcome for an additional fee of EUR 10 per day.

The owners produce homemade olive oil, wine, and seasonal vegetables, which can be purchased directly at the property.
