The apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and coffee machine that leaves nothing to be desired. Additionally, a washing machine is available for your convenience. We generate our electricity with a photovoltaic system, and the heating is powered by wood from our own forest. The living room is invitingly designed and offers a comfortable seating area as well as a television. For our youngest guests, we are happy to provide a crib. Free Wi-Fi and a hairdryer are also available, and the apartment is also excellent for long-term rentals. Please note that smoking is not allowed in the apartment and the accommodation is exclusively for non-smokers. Craftsmen will also find an ideal retreat here after a long day of work.

Our farm is located in the sunny southeast of Styria. From here, you can start countless excursions in the nearby and wider area. We are situated at an altitude of 450 meters. On our meadows, sheep graze, which you can observe. Deer from the nearby forest are also frequent guests. Our chickens take care of the disposal of your kitchen scraps.
