Beautiful, owner-maintained, cozy holiday apartment near the beach (La Barrosa) with 3 bedrooms and a large, wind-protected south-facing terrace. Ideal for summer holidays, but also for the golf and winter season, as it is equipped with central heating. Optional with WiFi internet access. The bright, very well-kept apartment is located on the first floor of a two-story residential complex, features 2 large and 1 small bedroom with spacious built-in wardrobes, a living room with dining area and additional sleeping option with smart TV plus satellite connection, 2 full bathrooms (shower / bathtub, 2 toilets), as well as a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, and oven. A parking space in the underground garage is also optionally available. The spacious, very quietly located residential complex offers not only beautifully landscaped gardens, but also 2 wonderful, large swimming pools and 2 children's pools (open from June 15 to September 15 with lifeguard).
Right next to the residential complex there are numerous shops, restaurants, tapa bars and venues, a laundromat, and a park with a children's playground. The beautiful beach promenade with a variety of restaurants and nightlife options, as well as supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, ATMs, or various shopping centers, are only a short walk away, and within three minutes by car you can reach several large discount stores, gas stations, and other shopping opportunities.

The Andalusian town of Chiclana de la Frontera and the associated resort of La Barrosa are located on the Atlantic coast, near the southernmost tip of Spain, at the Strait of Gibraltar, which brings a cool breeze in summer to temper the heat. This Spanish holiday region is significantly less densely populated than the neighboring Costa del Sol and has been developed exclusively with buildings of a maximum of three stories. This ensures a beautiful landscape and a relaxing holiday atmosphere.
Shops, small supermarkets and shopping centers, restaurants, cafés, pubs, and nightclubs line the main street of La Barrosa as well as the magnificent beach promenade. Just a short drive away towards Chiclana you will also find various large supermarkets, gas stations, and other shopping opportunities, and in the hotel district of Novo Sancti Petri, which is arranged along the coastline, you will find a larger shopping center as an additional promenade as well as some of the local golf courses with driving range, tennis and padel facilities, equestrian center, as well as the local medical center with hospital.
