Dear guests, we are a family-run business on our lovingly renovated four-sided courtyard in Upper Franconia, Hof district, in the Bavarian Vogtland. In 2015, we completely renovated the agricultural outbuilding and converted it into a guesthouse. Opening of the inn on January 3, 2016. Completion of the two holiday apartments on the first floor and attic in May 2018. We exclusively process meat from straw pigs raised by ourselves. The particularly animal-friendly farming allows us to avoid the use of preventive medications during rearing. By using straw bedding, the animals develop a much stronger immune system, so that the health status in our barn is very high. The sausage products and also the meat that we process in the kitchen can be consumed with pleasure and appetite. We supply our straw pigs to the traditional butcher shop Sandner in Selb, the country butcher shop Strobel in Dörnthal, and the butcher shop Ruckdeschel in Holenbrunn, which also processes the animals into sausage for us.
