The living room, dining room and kitchen are in the same room. There, you can relax cooling, thanks to the air conditioning at your disposal, while watching TV or reading a book. In the furnished dining room you can enjoy lunch and dinner with your loved ones. The kitchen has everything you need to cook up a feast, including electric stove. The property also features 1 washer machine, 1 dryer, 1 iron and 1 ironing board. The house has 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 wardrobe and access to 1 crib.The sofa bed the living room can be prepared for a third guest. Playa de Oliva, is a low density beach which will allow you to take long walks by the sea, enjoy good restaurants with traditional regional dishes or the terraces in the tapas bars. You can visit the town of Oliva, the Thursday street market, its beautiful old town, and the medieval Moorish quarter of the suburb with their traditional festivals. In the surrounding area you will find the Marjal Nature Park and the Font Salada, a water birth where you can bathe. Note: This accommodation is intended for families and guests over 24 years old who are looking for a peaceful stay. Bookings for parties or celebrations are not accepted. The location is simply perfect, in a very quiet and family-friendly beach area, Tere welcomed us with a huge smile and is extremely friendly, The apartment is just as shown in the photos, it is equipped with all kinds of kitchen utensils, the television works perfectly and the air conditioning is excellent, The room faces outside and has a very comfortable bed, it is fluffy and adapts to your body, the pillow is low, like the ones I usually use, There are restaurants nearby and a beach bar 5 minutes walk along the beach and another 15 minutes away, you can also find pharmacies, an ice cream shop,,, The only thing that is a little further away is a Lidl or Mercadona that are located before reaching the coast (in the town),
