The house has 2 double bedrooms (1x French bed, 1x 2 single beds), 1 bathroom with tub, 1 shower room en suite with exit to the pool, a dining room with fireplace and open kitchen, a living room with cosy seating area.
From the living room you can access the secluded terrace and the sheltered pool area. Here you will also find a covered seating area and the charcoal barbecue.
Around the 8m x 4m pool with Roman steps is another open terrace, next to it is the outdoor shower in the shape of a snail and the stairs to the roof terrace.
Inside the enclosed plot of approx. 700 sqm, there is a parking space for 2 cars.

Location and surroundings of object
This ground-level villa is located in a very quiet residential area, about 2.5 km from LEVANTE beach. The house is south-west facing and from the roof terrace you have a wonderful view of the sea and the mountains. Shopping facilities, bars and restaurants can be found within a radius of 1 km. The landmark of the Costa Blanca is the PEÑON DE IFACH in CALPE, a 332m high chalk cliff visible from far away, which can also be climbed or scaled. From the top you have a magnificent view over the entire coast, and in good weather even as far as IBIZA. The rock is a nature reserve. You can get detailed information about the vegetation and bird species in the nature auditorium on the hiking trail.
Also worth seeing are the nearby salt pans of Calpe, where many migratory birds make a stopover. From the numerous flamingos, the water appears in shades of pink on some days.
CALPE, once a small fishing village, has become a popular holiday resort thanks to its excellent fine sandy beaches. Water sports enthusiasts get their money's worth here.
Smaller bays can be found at Puerto Blanco (small sports harbour), La Manzanera, Calalga and Les Bassetes (sports harbour).
At the foot of the Peñon is the harbour, where you can watch the fish auction in the late afternoon and then take a walk along the ecological promenade Principe de Asturias or stop off at one of the inviting restaurants.
The old town, with its small streets, typical restaurants and bars, invites you to take a stroll every evening. In summer, there is also a handicraft market.
