Villa Stefany was built in 2021 and is located in Montizana, just 10 km from Porec and the beach. The nearest shop and restaurant are 3 km away, and there are several wineries and cycling trails nearby. A completely fenced and well-maintained garden offers guests a 32m2 swimming pool, a covered terrace with seating, a built-in barbecue, and 2 parking spaces. Villa Stefany for 4-6 people with a total area of 160 m2 spans two floors and consists of an air-conditioned living room with access to the terrace and garden, fireplace, and a pull-out couch for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, and a separate toilet, all on the ground floor. On the 1st floor, there are two bedrooms with double beds, one bathroom with a shower, and a balcony with a sitting set. On the floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and one with two separate beds, each with its own bathroom with shower/toilet and access to a shared balcony with a beautiful view of the olive grove and the sea in the distance.
If you want to spend a relaxing quiet holiday, then Villa Stefany is the right choice. Youth groups are not allowed.
