I will definitely book with the provider again.

Excellent handling of the booking, eager and competent contact person. Always available for questions, suggestions, and feedback. Very clean and tidy accommodation, quietly located in a holiday village without through traffic. Ideal for dog lovers. For the rental price, you get a great house with a comfort that you wouldn't expect in a holiday home. The footpath to the beach may seem long at first, but the walk through the picturesque De Haan makes the journey feel shorter. I will now try to book again for the spring.

I would like to thank you for the wonderful stay in this holiday home. Simply delightful, the carefree and straightforward handling by the staff on site who helped me with every question. The house is excellently furnished, was absolutely clean, and has a well-equipped kitchen. The documents sent to me by the landlord were helpful and clearly described. I will come back to this holiday home to spend beautiful hours again.

Total verdreckt ungastlich und behauptete Beschädigungen

Ein Maßnahmenkatalog mit allerlei Benimmregeln und Strafandrohungen hätte uns eigentlich warnen müssen. Das Haus war verschimmelt, die Matratzen und die Küche waren total verdreckt und die Tür ließ sich kaum öffnen. Dazu musste man die Heizung zusätzlich mit Elektroheizkörpern unterstützen. Auf die Essensreste im Ofen und die verdreckte Matratze angesprochen, regte sich der Vermieter dermaßen auf, dass man es wage ihn anzurufen und zu stören. Wir waren kurz davor, wieder abzureisen. Die dennoch geschickte Reinigungskraft reinigte kurz nach und wir blieben.

De Haan und die belgische Nordseeküste sind wunderschön.

Eine Endabnahme am Abreisetag fand ebenso wie eine Übergabe bei Anreise fand nicht statt. Fünf Tage später behauptet nunmehr der Vermieter, wir hätten die Eingangstür und die Balkontür beschädigt. Ich weiß gar nicht, was man an den maroden Türen überhaupt noch beschädigen könnte, aber wir haben die Sache dennoch an unsere Versicherung weitergegeben. Mal sehen, wie der Fall ausgeht.

Also, falls man seinen Urlaub ruinieren möchte, bucht man bei Westermann. Ich hätte auch gerne Null Sterne gegeben, aber das geht ja leider nicht.

Nunja, ich kann die Bewertung verstehen, weil diese offenbar aus der Wut heraus resultiert, weil man dem Gast nachweisen konnte das er extreme Beschädigungen an Fensterrahmen und Haustür verursacht hat. Und wer nun nicht lesen kann oder des lesens willig ist dem bleibt nichts anderes übrig als bewußt die Unwarheit zu erzählen. Aber Lügner gibt es wohl überall
