The ‘Pier 12b’ holiday flat offers you the perfect retreat for a relaxing holiday by the North Sea. Situated in a quiet location in Büsum, a modern and cosy temporary home for up to 4 people awaits you on 75 m². The flat is ideal for families or couples who are looking for peace and comfort and yet want to enjoy the many attractions and the beautiful beach of Büsum within a short distance.

The holiday flat has two lovingly furnished bedrooms, one with a comfortable double bed and the other with two single beds. The bright, modern living room with comfortable couch, flat-screen TV and free WiFi invites you to relax and linger. The open, fully equipped kitchen with cooker, oven, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine and microwave offers everything you need to prepare your favourite dishes. Right next to it is a cosy dining area where you can eat together.

The bathroom is modern and equipped with a shower, WC and hairdryer. There is also a separate guest WC for added convenience. A particular highlight is the large, private terrace, which invites you to linger outside. Here you can start the day with breakfast in the sun or round off the evening with a glass of wine.

The harbour town of Büsum has been a seaside resort since the 19th century and offers numerous activities for your holiday. A visitor's tax is levied in Büsum via a guest card. You will receive all information when booking. The bathing and leisure area ‘Familienlagune Perlebucht’ offers tide-independent, DLRG-guarded bathing and water sports pools with a pier, as well as a dune landscape with wind-protected hollows. The family area with its numerous play equipment, swings, hammocks and climbing frames is an inviting place to spend the day. Barbecue areas, picnic seating areas and a large campfire circle are ideal for cosy get-togethers. Two volleyball and beach soccer courts are available on the activity beach. Along the promenade there are various catering facilities as well as lockers, toilets and service facilities. There are numerous shops for everyday needs in the neighbourhood. In addition to grocery shops, bakeries and leisure goods, you will also find florists and fashion shops. The weekly market is held regularly and offers products from the region. The adventure golf course and the MEERZEIT Wellenbad & Spa offer fun, games and relaxation for the whole family in the immediate vicinity. There are various restaurants, shops and sights in the town centre. In bad weather, the hands-on museums in the Phänomania adventure centre attract children and adults alike. The Eidersperrwerk and the towns of Heide, St. Peter-Ording, Friedrichskoog, Friedrichstadt and Husum are all less than an hour's drive away. Other popular excursion destinations are Helgoland, Sylt, the Halligen islands and Hamburg.

Eine schöne, saubere und nett eingerichtete Doppelhaushälfte zum Wohlfühlen. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich der Hafen und die Fußgängerzone.

Ruhig gelegene und sehr gepflegte Doppelhaushälfte, von der aus man in nur wenigen Gehminuten am Museumshafen und an der Promenade ist. Geschäfte, wie ein Bäcker oder ein Edeka, sind ebenfalls in der Nähe und fußläufig zu erreichen. Schöne Unterkunft für einen Urlaub mit Kind.
