Welcome to our holiday villa Radnig in Hermagor-Presseger See. This cosy and spacious holiday home offers space for up to six guests on a living space of 215 square metres, spread over three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living/dining area with fireplace, library and cosy reading corner.
Start your day with a coffee on the terrace or balcony while enjoying the breathtaking view of the forest and surrounding mountains. Maybe our "house deer" will pay you a visit. The garden is the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature, or play badminton or speedminton on the large lawn, which is maintained by a robot mower. A spacious double carport is available for up to two vehicles. You can conveniently charge your electric car using the wallbox.
Inside the house you will find a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, fully automatic coffee machine and Gaggenau appliances including steam cooker. Crockery, cutlery and household appliances are provided in full, as are spices and basic groceries, such as
z. Such as vinegar and oil. The living area is cosily furnished and has a fireplace for sociable evenings. A fitness room is available for your fitness and after training or winter skiing in the nearby Nassfeld ski area you can relax in the spacious sauna.
The holiday home is equipped with all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay, including bed linen, washing machine, tumble dryer, TV and WiFi. Two bicycles are available to explore the surrounding area.
The holiday home is ideal for longer rental periods, preferably from one week. Please understand that smoking is not permitted inside the house. Care has been taken to create a low-allergen environment.

Location and surroundings of object
The new, exclusive holiday domicile in the border triangle of Carinthia/Austria, Friuli/Italy and Slovenia is situated at an altitude of 740 metres at the Gailtal/Gitschtal fork, above the municipality of Hermagor-Pressegger See, opposite the Nassfeld ski area, near Pressegger See and Weißensee.
The house is situated at the end of a narrow cul-de-sac right on the edge of the forest, facing south and with the local mountains Golz (2080 m) and Spitzegel (2118 m) behind it.
Two large, partially covered sun terraces with views over the Gailtal valley and the Gartnerkofel (2195 m), or the summit ridge of the Carnic Alps and the Karawanken mountains to the east.
Extensive mountain and hiking tours directly from the front door and the perfect starting point for cycling tours (road and mountain biking).
Water sports on the Gail, in the Radnig natural swimming pool, on Lake Pressegger See and Lake Weißensee. Ideal starting point for motorbike and classic car tours.

Extraordinary house for relaxed vacation days
The holiday home is lovingly and personally furnished while also being top-modern. The very high-quality furnishings leave nothing to be desired – there is truly nothing missing. Particularly noteworthy is the dreamlike balcony facing south, from which one can enjoy a great view of the mountains. The quiet location ensures absolute relaxation, and the perfect setting for a vacation makes the stay completely successful. The friendly landlord and the uncomplicated handover made the start of the vacation particularly pleasant. We would vacation there anytime again – absolutely recommendable!

Dream house in dream location
Better doesn't get any better - dream house in a dream location. Perfect starting point for hiking, swimming, and mountain biking. And if the weather is bad, you can enjoy the comfort of the holiday home!

Beautiful vacation
We had a wonderful Christmas holiday with snow.
The furnishings of the house are unique, the location a dream.

We are a family of four with two grown-up children and share our second home with you. Unfortunately, we are not yet able to live in it ourselves all year round due to our jobs. We love hiking, swimming, skiing and cycling and the wonderful nature in the Carinthian border triangle and look forward to welcoming guests who love and care for our lovingly and comfortably furnished house as much as we do. In everyday life we live and work in Stuttgart, Baden-Württemberg.
