Description
We rent our privately used chalet to nice families (max. 4 persons) or couples (minimum age 21 years) during the times we cannot be there.
Our chalet has a size of 38 square metres and is situated on a plot of approx. 160 square metres on the beachfront Vakantiepark Zonnedorp / Renesse.
There is a car parking space right next to the chalet.
Pets and smoking are not allowed in our chalet.
In the living room there is a cosy sofa corner, an armchair, TV (German channels) and radio as well as an electric fireplace and various board games for young and old. Free WLAN.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, gas hob, oven, egg cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle and a Senseo Switch coffee machine for pods and filter coffee. There is air conditioning in the kitchen area for cooling and heating.
There is a table and 4 chairs in the dining area. A high chair (IKEA) can be provided on request.
1 large bedroom with box-spring bed 140 x 200 cm, wardrobe, 2 wall cupboards and 2 bedside tables.
1 small bedroom with two beds 70 x 180 cm, wardrobe, 2 wall cupboards and 1 bedside chest of drawers.
Blackout pleated blinds in both rooms.
The bathroom has a shower, washbasin with vanity unit and WC.
There are infrared radiators in all rooms.
Our large, cosy terrace (with lounge furniture and pavilion) invites you to relax.
In the garden house you will find all kinds of beach equipment such as a handcart, deckchairs, beach chairs (also for children) and various beach and water toys.
There is also a freezer and a washer-dryer. 2 additional parasols and a clothes horse are available.
2 bicycles are also available free of charge (at your own risk).
Please bring your own:
Bed linen, towels, tea towels.
Included in the price are:
WLAN, visitor's tax, electricity, gas, water. (Charging of electric vehicles is not permitted)
Arrival from 12 noon, departure until 11 am
Deposit: € 100.00, this will be refunded within one week if everything is in order.
Deposit:
40% of the rental price on booking, remaining 60% four weeks before arrival.

Location and surroundings of object
There is a children's playground next to the restaurant on the campsite.
The white sandy beach is only 350 metres away through the beautiful dune landscape via the rear exit.
There is a small supermarket on the neighbouring campsite (fruit, vegetables, fresh bread rolls every day).
The centre of Renesse with its numerous shops and restaurants is about a 10-minute walk away.
Renesse is centrally located and from there you can easily reach larger towns such as Zierikzee, Goes or Middelburg with numerous shopping facilities.
Enjoy the charming Renesse in Zeeland, known for its beautiful beaches.
