Wir kommen auch noch ein drittes Mal :)
Wir waren bereits letztes Jahr in der Villa san Rocco und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder :)
Das Haus ist super aufgeteilt was die Räume betrifft. Es gibt drei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten im ersten Stock, eines im zweiten Stock und dort auch noch ein kleineres Zimmer mit einem Einzelbett.
Jede Etage hat ein Bad mit Dusche oder Badewanne, was grad bei mehreren Familien super ist, da jeder sein eigenes Bad hat.
Die Klimaanlage ist super erfrischend und in jedem Schlafzimmer soweit im Wohnzimmer vorhanden. WLAN gibt es ebenfalls im ganzen Haus und auf der Terrasse. Auf der Terrasse findet sich im gemauerten Ofen eine neue Grillplatte, die mit Gas betrieben wird.
Der neue Whirlpool ist spitze und auch der Wasserfall im Pool ist ein Highlight. Wir lieben außerdem das Gartenhaus, in welchem der Billardtisch und Kicker sind. Spitze um den Mittagsschlaf der Kleinen zu überbrücken und trotzdem nicht weit weg zu sein. Auch der riesige Garten ist dafür super geeignet, z.B. zum Boccia spielen :)
Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren ausreichend vorhanden, mehr als Urlauber da waren. Auch eine Waschmaschine ist vor Ort, man kann also mit sauberen Klamotten nach Hause fahren :)
Man ist mit dem Rad in 5 Minuten bei verschiedenen Einkaufsläden und in fünf Gehminuten am
Marktplatz, wo sich Cafés und auch ein Studenac befinden.
Die Garage mit elektrischen Tor ist auch super praktisch was Ein- und Ausladen betrifft.
Der Vermieter Misel ist super nett, immer erreichbar falls doch mal was sein sollte und kümmert sich auch sofort um alles. Er besitzt ein Restaurant in medulin, direkt am Sandstrand, welches auch nur zu empfehlen ist.
Wir sind absolut begeistert und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen! Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub :)
