The cozy apartment, located on the 4th floor of a building without an elevator, has the basic equipment to enjoy your vacation. The dining room offers air conditioning, Smart TV, and a table for 4 diners. The separate kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob and the essentials for cooking during your stay. Guests have 2 bedrooms to rest, one with a double bed and the second with two single beds. The apartment's bathroom has a shower. Finally, in the house, you will find a washing machine, as well as a cot and high chair if you are travelling with your baby.

The location of the apartment, just 200 meters from Les Marines beach, is unbeatable. You can also practice your favourite water sports. The centre of Dénia and its charming castle are also very near. Please note that the keys to access the property will be in a mailbox at a nearby petrol station.
