Very beautiful holiday home
The holiday home is really beautiful and very clean, everything is nicely modern and stylishly furnished.
The kitchen has a very good equipment.
The beds are comfortable and all bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
The pool is super nice and was a highlight for the children.
The landlords are very nice and always reachable, communication is top-notch.
The neighbors are also very friendly and helpful. It is a very quiet location, but everything is easily accessible by car, whether to Pula or Rovinj, the beach Fazana, etc.
We would love to come back.

Very nice accommodation
The accommodation is really nice and very clean! There is also a very good equipment in the kitchen. The house is modern and stylishly furnished. The beds are comfortable and all bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. It is a very quiet location, but everything is easily accessible. From grocery stores, restaurants to the sea. The old town of Rovinj or Pula is also reachable in a short time. The landlords were very nice and always reachable! The neighbors are also very friendly and helpful.
The price-performance ratio is completely justified!

very beautiful house with all comforts
We were lucky to spend two weeks in this very beautiful house in July 2025. Everything is new and lovingly furnished. Nothing is missing! The kitchen is fully equipped with a lot of dishes, professional knives, Tupperware, coffee machines, coffee grinder, etc. Even the electric grill impressed us with its performance. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom and air conditioning. Pure luxury! The pool is very nice and has the same depth along its entire length (I estimate 1.50 m). It is quiet and only about 25 minutes from the nearest beach in Fazana. The beach, which we can highly recommend, is when you park at the boat rental (Pineta Beach). This boat rental, Alex Rentals Fazana, is also highly recommended. A boat without a license for up to 5 people costs 60 EUR for 2 hours, it's really fun! The owners of the house are super friendly and very easy to reach. The communication was top-notch!
From the house, all places are very well accessible that are definitely worth a visit (Pula, Rovinj, Labin, Limski Canal, Cape Kamenjak).
A traditional non-touristy restaurant with fair prices very close to the house that we can recommend is Konoba Klarici.
We felt very comfortable in the house and can unconditionally recommend this accommodation.

In der Küche ist eine sehr gute Ausstattung vorhanden.
Die Betten sind bequem und alle Schlafzimmer sind mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet.
Der Pool ist super schön und war für die Kinder ein Highlight.
Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und jederzeit erreichbar, Kommunikation ist 1 A.
Auch die Nachbarn sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Es ist eine sehr ruhige Lage, aber alles gut mit dem PKW erreichbar, ob nach Pula oder Rovinji, der Strand Fazana usw.

Die Unterkunft ist richtig schön und sehr sauber! Es ist auch in der Küche eine sehr gute Ausstattung vorhanden. Das Haus ist modern und stilvoll eingerichtet.
Die Betten sind bequem und alle Schlafzimmer sind mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet.
Es ist eine sehr ruhige Lage, aber auch alles gut erreichbar. Von Lebensmittelladen, Restaurants bis hin zum Meer. Auch die Altstadt Rovinj oder Pula ist in kurzer Zeit erreichbar.
Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und jederzeit erreichbar! Auch die Nachbarn sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Preis-Leistung ist voll kommen gerechtfertigt!

Wir hatten das Glück, zwei Wochen in diesem sehr schönen Haus im Juli 2025 zu verbringen. Alles ist neu und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts! Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit sehr viel Geschirr, professionellen Messern, Tupperware, Kaffeemaschinen, Kaffeemühle usw. Selbst das Elektrogrill hat uns mit seiner Klasseleistung überzeugt. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Badezimmer en suite und Klimaanlage. Purer Luxus! Der Pool ist sehr schön und hat über die ganze Länge diesselbe Tiefe (ich schätze 1,50 m). Es ist ruhig und nur ca. 25 Min vom nächsten Strand in Fazana entfernt. Strand, den wir sehr empfehlen können, wenn man beim Bootsverleih parkt (Strand Pineta). Auch dieser Bootsverleih Alex Rentals Fazana ist sehr zu empfehlen. Ein Boot ohne Führerschein bis zu 5 Personen kostet 60 EUR für 2 Stunden, macht echt Spaß!
Die Eigentümer des Hauses sind super freundlich und sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation war 1-A!
Vom Haus aus sind alle Orten sehr gut zu erreichen, die einen Besuch auf jeden Fall Wert sind (Pula, Rovinj, Labin, Limski Kanal, Kap Kamenjak).
Ein traditionelles nicht touristisches Restaurant mit fairen Preisen ganz in der Nähe des Hauses, das wir empfehlen können, ist die Konoba Klarici.
Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefüht und können diese Unterkunft bedingungslos empfehlen.
