As the name suggests, it offers a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean and the wonderful panorama; this is a perfect opportunity for a relaxing holiday on the Costa Blanca. Surrounded by a beautiful garden with seating areas, a sheltered covered barbecue terrace, and the private pool terrace with crystal-clear water. . . .
The villa has a new fitted kitchen and a spacious shower bathroom on the top floor next to the dining and living room.
The two bedrooms are located on the lower floor. This floor also has another spacious bathroom and a second fitted kitchen. The house has a gas fireplace and both floors are air-conditioned (warm / cold)

The car can be safely parked in a lockable garage during the stay.
A deposit of 300 euros is to be paid upon arrival
Electricity consumption costs will be read separately for the stay and charged additionally in case of excessive use.
Per rented week, 150 kWh of electricity consumption is included free of charge. This consumption is sufficient for a holiday week with economical use of the air conditioning units and does not incur any further charges.
Optionally, you can book the bed and towel service. Then the beds will be made and for each person there will be one bath towel and 2 hand towels, 2 washcloths, guest towel, bath mat, dish towel provided. This service costs €12 per person.
A vehicle at the house is necessary. In 10 minutes you are in the center of Moraira and 15 minutes by car from Jávea.
