The house has a gas fireplace and both floors are air-conditioned (warm / cold)

The car can be safely parked in a lockable garage for a fee of 2 euros per day during the stay.

A deposit of 300 euros is to be paid upon arrival

Electricity consumption costs will be recorded separately for the stay and any excess consumption will be charged afterwards.

For each rented week, 120 kWh of electricity is included free of charge. This consumption is sufficient for a holiday week with economical use of the air conditioning units and does not incur any further charges.

Optionally, you can book the bed linen and towel service. Then the beds will be made and per person there will be one bath towel and two hand towels, two washcloths, a guest towel, bath mat, and dish towel provided. This service costs €30 per person.
The cleaning fee for the stay is €130.

A vehicle at the house is necessary. In 10 minutes you are in the center of Moraira and 15 minutes by car from Jávea.
