Lovely cottage with that little something extra, in the middle of Öland's summer idyll Färjestaden. Here you live centrally with a wonderful location in the middle of Färjestaden and are close to swimming at the fine beach as well as the large selection of fine restaurants and entertainment at the harbor area. The house is located on a nice large plot surrounded by a magnificent hedge. You have your own gate to get to the house. There is also parking inside the gate. There is also a larger house on the plot, but you have your own secluded oasis in the large garden. Right outside the house, you have a paved patio with outdoor furniture where you can enjoy. There are also comfortable sun loungers to lean back in. The house is wonderfully furnished and there is a little extra here for you to enjoy yourself. You have an open living room where there is a dining area and a sitting area with a sofa and TV. The fresh kitchen has very beautiful details. Here you will find most of what you might need, but also extra luxuries such as a carbon dioxide machine. You sleep in a bedroom with a comfortable double bed (160cm) and on the sofa in the living room, which can be made into a 140cm wide bed. There is a lot to do in Färjestaden. Directly down by the beach there is a pool, playground, beach volleyball court and mini golf. There is also a spa here at Skansen spa. Öland's shopping town with shops is there for those who are in the mood for shopping. And as previously mentioned, there are plenty of fine restaurants, cafés, bakeries and ice cream cafes. You are also really close to Öland's zoo with its animals, its water park and amusement park, which is usually popular with the children. Other information: It is possible to charge your electric car on the property for a fee. Payment is made directly to the homeowner on site. See the guest folder in the cottage for more information. Loud parties are not allowed on the property.

The vacation home was functional and tidy, but a bit more attention to detail in the decoration would enhance the experience. However, the quiet surroundings made it a great place to relax.

Our stay in the holiday home in Färjestaden was wonderful! The view of the garden from the balcony was a nice addition, and we enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. The kitchen had everything we needed for our meals, making it feel like a home away from home.

A great little getaway! The kitchen was well-stocked, allowing us to prepare meals easily, The proximity to local restaurants like Robertos Restaurang & Pizzeria was a plus, but we often preferred staying in and enjoying the peaceful surroundings,
