Super nice and modern vacation home from 2024, 133 m2, with outdoor hot tub, sauna, and activity room with foosball, billiards, and smart TV with PlayStation 5. Above the activity room, there is a loft with beanbag chairs—a really cozy area for children and the young at heart. The summer house is located in Marielyst, approximately 1500 meters from one of Denmark's best and most child-friendly beaches. The cozy living room is combined with a modern kitchen, which includes induction hobs, a coffee machine, a separate oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, a 60-liter freezer, and a dishwasher. The living room has a smart TV and wireless internet, as well as a wood-burning stove and an alcove close to the dining table and kitchen, so the little guests are close by. The cottage is heated by a water/water heat pump. There are four bedrooms, each with a double bed, and two bathrooms in the house, each equipped with a toilet, sink, and shower. From the living room, you can go directly out onto the terrace, where you can enjoy the sun in the garden furniture or on the sun loungers, and when evening approaches, you can extend the evening's cosiness under the covered terrace and conjure up a delicious meal on the large gas grill. The plot is 1500 m2, so there is plenty of space for play and games. In the garden there are 2 soccer goals, a sandbox, and lots of outdoor games. There is also a large outdoor hot tub for 6 people, which can be used all year round. You can go directly from the outdoor hot tub into the warm sauna or use the outdoor shower. There is a charging station for electric cars, Type 2-IEC 62196-2. Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services. It is adjusted to actual usage, and any remaining balance is refunded within 21 days after checkout.

We had a fantastic time during our stay! The house was clean and had everything we needed. The location was quiet and perfect for relaxing. Moreover, the presence of several bathrooms made it easier for our group to get ready. Highly recommended!

Great holiday home with plenty of space, beautifully bright due to the large windows and very well equipped. Everything is there. We stayed here for 2 weeks with 7 people and didn't get in each other's way. On rainy days, you can also pass the time well in the house. There are many games and of course billiards and table football. The beach is a bit far away. About 20-30 minutes on foot. However, 5 bicycles are available. Everything was very clean. The beds are box spring beds. Very soft, but we all slept very well. The highlight is of course the hot tub. Under the starry sky in the warm water. There was also an outdoor shower and cozy garden furniture. We felt very comfortable. Recommendations: Good rolls can be found at Mini-Kobmand just before the beach. In July, it is also open on Sundays. Delicious ice cream next to Cinnamon's Microbakery a bit further north on the beach. The beach directly behind Kobmand is the best. Further north, it is quite crowded. Very nice excursions for children can be made to the safari park or the crocodile zoo. Hiking is good in the nature reserve Bøtø. Unfortunately, we did not discover the wild horses.
