Studio apartment for a relaxing holiday on Lake Garda, in a newly built semi-detached house with shared swimming pool surrounded by greenery (olive and fruit trees) and a Jacuzzi for 6 people, located on the highest point of the property overlooking the lake, among the green hills of the Valtenesi in an oasis of peace, surrounded by nature trails for lovers of hiking and mountain biking, golf and horse riding.

The studio is air-conditioned throughout and welcomes its guests in a bright living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a flat screen TV, a dining table with chairs and a fully equipped kitchen with hob, fridge, freezer, oven, orange squeezer, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, coffee machine and toaster. The living room overlooks a beautiful private terrace with table and chairs for breakfast and lunch outdoors!

The apartment, with free Wi-Fi, continues with the bedroom in the same room but separate, equipped with a comfortable queen size bed and a wardrobe. A full bathroom with shower and washing machine completes the apartment.

The residence's shared swimming pool is available from May 1st to September 30th. A swimming cap is required.

Guests can easily park their car in the property's private parking.

Pets are not allowed.

*Children over 6 years old are welcome in the apartment.

*The Castelletto 2 studio is adjacent to the Castelletto 1 apartment: the two apartments are separated by a door that is always closed, so the apartments are completely independent.
