Modern two-bedroom apartment with lake view in Residenza Miralago with shared infinity pool and garden, a few steps from the center of Desenzano del Garda and with direct access to the promenade and the public beach.

The bright apartment, located on the first or second floor, opens onto a living area furnished with a double sofa bed, TV, dining table and an open and well-equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and coffee machine. The space is enriched by a brick fireplace. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. A bathroom with shower and bathtub completes the apartment.

Outside there is a large terrace with lake view, accessible from both the living room and the bedroom, equipped with a table and chairs to enjoy the colors of Lake Garda. Guests have at their disposal amenities such as a private garage, free Wi-Fi, washing machine, air conditioning and heating.

*Residenza Miralago offers its guests a beautiful infinity pool with sun terrace (open from 01/04 to 31/10), a garden, direct access to the promenade and the public beach and a pier for mooring boats.
