Description

The holiday home has a green, ingrown plot with a great fenced garden!
Holiday guests enter the lovingly renovated house via a bright entrance area.

The living/dining area is furnished with a large dining table, TV and a cosy sitting area and reading chair.
A fireplace rounds off the cosy furnishings.

There are a total of 2 bedrooms available!
One with a double bed, wardrobe and TV and the second bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed.

The kitchen is fully equipped and an adjoining utility room is also available to our guests,
with another fridge and an additional freezer as well as plenty of space for groceries.

The newly renovated bathroom is equipped with a wide, floor-to-ceiling shower.
The bathroom also has a washing machine.

The garden is located at the rear of the house, with a terrace, garden furniture, barbecue & sunbathing area.
There is also a storage room for bicycles, prams or luggage.

Please note that in the winter months from October to April inclusive, electricity must be billed separately. The holiday home has night storage heaters, which are also included in this billing. The bathroom and kitchen have already been fitted with modern infrared panels, which can be adjusted with a thermostat and keep the room temperature stable. In the winter months, a deposit is required depending on the length of stay.

The connection to the towns is very good and day trips to nearby Denmark or to the islands such as Föhr, Amrum & Sylt are possible at any time

Location and surroundings of object

Schönhagen beach is just under. 3 km away. This is also easy to reach by bike!
In Karby there is a bakery, a shop and the Karlbergfeld farm, which offers fresh milk directly from the farm!
The Weidenfeld beach also offers a white sandy beach with beach chairs,
a restaurant and beach kiosk as well as a section for guests with dogs.

Kappeln is also only a few minutes away.
Here there is a pretty little shopping area with numerous shops, cafés and restaurants.

Horse riding is possible in the immediate vicinity.
A pony can be booked there for the little holidaymakers or riding lessons are offered.

Excursions by boat, charter or with the paddle steamer in Kappeln also offer many possibilities for holiday leisure time.

We always have an up-to-date information folder for our guests in the holiday home.
In this folder we have put together a large selection of information for leisure and sports!
There is also always well selected brochure material in the house with numerous suggestions for leisure activities!

You can arrive by car via the A7 motorway (direction Kappeln).
We will be happy to send you precise navigation information for your journey.
The arrival and key handover takes place directly at the holiday home.

The following cancellation fees apply: Up to 60 days before arrival: 30% of the total rent From 59 days before arrival: 60% of the total rent From 21 days before arrival: 90% of the total rent From 10 days before arrival: 100% of the total rent For bookings made at short notice where arrival is already in 21 days, a cancellation will be charged at 90% of the total rent, and from 10 days before arrival at 100% of the total rent. If no written cancellation is received, 100% of the total rental amount will be charged, even if the rented holiday property is not occupied. Of course, you always have the option to provide proof that the damage incurred by us is less or did not occur at all. The booking fee of €19.90 will not be refunded. The landlord is obliged in good faith to try to rent out the unused holiday property to someone else in order to avoid losses.
