Our stay was absolutely fantastic, my friend and I stayed here and had a wonderful opportunity to explore Paris! There are plenty of excellent restaurants in the vicinity, and the host was very proactive in providing us with useful information, It was also very simple to access the accommodation with the instructions provided, Next time I visit Paris, I already know where to stay!

Apart from the noisy bar next door that kept us up until 3 am, the lack of curtains on the windows letting in the street light all night, and the issue with the sink not draining properly, everything else was great! Much appreciated!

I stayed here for three nights on a budget-friendly trip. It’s decent value with a fridge and microwave to save on food costs. Clean and functional without unnecessary frills.

The staff were helpful and accommodating during my business trip. The apartment was comfortable and I appreciated the fast internet access. Overall, a straightforward experience.

Quality service matters to me, and this property delivered that perfectly. The cleanliness of both living spaces and common areas stood out during my stay.

This studio is a solid choice for a weekend break. The area near Place de la Nation is lively and the location was convenient for exploring Paris.

4,6 4.6 4.6 4.6 4.6 4.6

The apartment is in a very good area, nice neighborhood, next to the metro, Could be improved a little on cleanliness,

4,6 4.6 4.6 4.6 4.6 4.6

charming little spot, would definitely repeat the experience!

4,6 4.6 4.6 4.6 4.6 4.6

The apartment is very close to the metro in a good location, It is very small, which is not a problem if you just need to spend the night,

4,6 4.6 4.6 4.6 4.6 4.6

The positive aspects: - the metro station to the city center is just a 1-minute walk away - there are plenty of bakeries and cafes in the immediate neighborhood - there is a small grocery store nearby - key pickup and return were easy - the neighborhood was mostly quiet at night - all essential amenities in the accommodation functioned well (fridge, tap water, toilet, shower, etc,) - overall, the accommodation fulfilled its purpose - considering the price, this accommodation was pleasant the negative aspects: - there is no sound isolation, you can hear everyone coming in and out of the building - there is a pub next door that is only open at certain times, and you can hear almost everything (unlike what other reviewers have mentioned, there was no loud music during our stay) - due to limited space, the positioning of the cabinets is quite awkward, You have to reach high up to get plates, for instance, and you have to watch out for ceiling lights while doing so, - most of the items inside the cabinets were disorganized and haphazardly thrown in - the trash can had some sticky residue at the bottom and emitted a foul smell

all perfect

4,6 4.6 4.6 4.6 4.6 4.6

Access to the accommodation is very easy and the accommodation is suitable for two people wishing to spend time in Paris, The neighborhood is quiet and has the Bois de Vincennes a few steps away, which allows you to enjoy a bit of nature,

4,6 4.6 4.6 4.6 4.6 4.6

Perfect stay, very clean and pleasant studio

4,6 4.6 4.6 4.6 4.6 4.6

Accommodation in line with the description, well located (near the metro) and pleasant, However, it should be noted that, as it is on the ground floor, there is traffic, but also a bar with a terrace almost at the foot of the window, so noise until midnight, The sofa bed is uncomfortable for 2 people, and the cupboards are way too high: I am 1,85m tall and I had to use a chair! An apartment to be reserved for very short stays,

4,6 4.6 4.6 4.6 4.6 4.6

This spot is just what I needed!

4,6 4.6 4.6 4.6 4.6 4.6

Very pleasant accommodation (even though it lacks some cooking utensils) and very well located!

4,6 4.6 4.6 4.6 4.6 4.6

The living space was comfortable and inviting, I loved being so close to Place de la Nation

4,6 4.6 4.6 4.6 4.6 4.6

Lovely cozy apartment in a charming culinary neighborhood of Paris! Perfect for a quick weekend getaway with all the essential amenities and features (including an amazing rain shower)! The only drawback is that the walls are a little thin, so it may not be ideal for those who are sensitive to noise from the neighbors

4,6 4.6 4.6 4.6 4.6 4.6

Highly recommended for its cleanliness and prime location,

4,6 4.6 4.6 4.6 4.6 4.6

Good stay in this very well located apartment right next to the metro, Conforms to the description, very suitable for spending a few days as a couple in Paris,

4,6 4.6 4.6 4.6 4.6 4.6

Very well located very pleasant

4,6 4.6 4.6 4.6 4.6 4.6

The flat was spotless, situated at an excellent location near the metro station, with local shops around and a wonderful accommodating host

4,6 4.6 4.6 4.6 4.6 4.6

Small but cozy

4,6 4.6 4.6 4.6 4.6 4.6

Hello, br/I stayed in this apartment from 31/05 to 04/06, br/I felt very good in this apartment, it is nicely decorated, The bathroom is clean and functional, br/I recommend without worries,

4,6 4.6 4.6 4.6 4.6 4.6

Cute apartment and very well located! However, the services are basic and sometimes missing: no TV remote control and no news from the agency for 1 week, I still took the apartment for this reason during the Covid period, I recommend this apartment for very short stays of a few days,

4,6 4.6 4.6 4.6 4.6 4.6

Everything was impeccable and neat, however, the wifi was not functioning,

4,6 4.6 4.6 4.6 4.6 4.6

The apartment is adorable and well decorated, It is very comforting to stay there, Just pay attention to the cleanliness of the floor and the overall cleaning! But we were pleasantly surprised by the equipment you provided us (shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper, kitchen accessories,,,), Very pleasant living room but be careful with the humidity that appears quickly due to the poor functioning of the radiators, Maybe in the future indicate which type of coffee capsules to buy for the coffee machine as they are difficult to find in stores, By the way, never found,,, Thank you for your help with the issue we encountered with the remote controls, Great CheckMyGuest!

This is the BEST stay I've ever had with Airbnb, A big shout out to Ghita! I'm looking forward to staying in this apartment every time I visit Paris, They proposed a reasonable price during the Olympics when everything else was skyrocketing, I was astoundingly surprised by how clean and new the apartment was! It might seem small if you leave your luggage out, but since I stayed for a fortnight, I simply unpacked my clothes and left the bed open, which was perfectly fine, I found the bed comfortable with a cozy blanket, The bathroom features a rain shower and a towel warmer, along with hotel quality toiletries, The washing machine has a fantastic 30min cycle, The kitchen was equipped with a Nespresso machine and the host generously left coffee pods, The plates were a bit high, but I just brought down what I required for my stay, I didn't cook because there are numerous restaurants in the vicinity, I think adding a full-length mirror would make the apartment flawless, There are many transport options and it is within walking distance to many other fantastic neighborhoods, Thank you for the incredible stay!

Charming little apartment, ideal for 2 people who want to explore Paris

4,6 4.6 4.6 4.6 4.6 4.6

The location is conveniently near the subway in a pleasant neighborhood, The window overlooks the road, so there's a bit of noise at night, though it's not overly loud,

4,6 4.6 4.6 4.6 4.6 4.6

It was great, we enjoyed our stay, Great location,

4,6 4.6 4.6 4.6 4.6 4.6

The location was simple to locate, while the area isn't overly spacious, it's comfortable and perfect for a pair, Everything was neat and prepared for our check-in, the host was always available when I messaged regarding any queries, The position is fantastic, it's adjacent to the metro station and surrounded by numerous restaurants,

4,6 4.6 4.6 4.6 4.6 4.6

Really pleasant stay, Thank you!

4,6 4.6 4.6 4.6 4.6 4.6

Exceptional accommodation for two people, ideally located near the metro, peaceful and quiet area

4,6 4.6 4.6 4.6 4.6 4.6

We really enjoyed our stay in this stylish and modern apartment, The bathroom is very modern and stylish and has a rain shower, The location is really excellent, The "Rue de Boulets" metro station, an excellent bakery, a fruit shop, a supermarket and restaurants are all within a few minutes walk, Unfortunately we were missing coat hooks and there was a slightly unpleasant smell coming from the shower drain which only disappeared after a shower, If you have serious back problems the sofa bed is not recommended but it was fine for us, The shutters could not be opened fully as it is a ground floor apartment which affected the brightness of the apartment a little, Overall we would recommend this apartment and would book it again,

4,6 4.6 4.6 4.6 4.6 4.6

The studio is pleasant, and its proximity to the metro station is a plus, Our stay was remarkable 🌟

4,6 4.6 4.6 4.6 4.6 4.6

The apartment is in a good location, close to the metro which gives you access to the entire city, It had efficient heating, an electric kettle (essential for those of us who drink mate) and a comfortable bathroom, The quality-price ratio is excellent, However, it should be noted that you have to shower quickly, as the hot water runs out and then you have to wait a bit, In addition, the bed is a sofa, which is suitable for a short stay, The apartment is on the ground floor, so you can hear noise from the street,

4,6 4.6 4.6 4.6 4.6 4.6

Absolutely enjoyed my time here! Convenient to travel to different places and the area was welcoming, Within walking distance to many attractions, I suggest trying out the restaurant Chez Mamy
