Description

The house is new and completely fenced, very quiet and very private. There is also a parking lot.
An air conditioning and internet connection are available in each area of the house.
One of the best features of this house is a terrace with a Private heated saltwater Swimming Pool, sun loungers and sun umbrellas.

Moving from the ground floor of the house, you will have at your disposal a bathroom, four air-conditioned bedrooms with large double beds and a flat screen TV. There is also a small desk in every bedroom that can be used as a working area. One room has an access to the terrace with cozy seating area and table tennis.

First floor of the house has a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, spacious living room with a large sofa, flat screen TV, blu ray player and breathtaking sea view, one bathroom and an access to the terraces.
The terrace, which is accessed from the living room, is covered and has a barbecue, a kitchenette and a dining area. While having lunch you can enjoy a truly spectacular view and a pleasant atmosphere.

There is also a large terrace on the top of the property with a Jacuzzi, outdoor shower, a relaxing corner with a refrigerator, bar stools and sunloungers, where you can absolutely enjoy in silence and breathtaking sea and islands view.

Lokva Rogoznica is a famous tourist destination that offers its visitors beaches ideal for relaxation, untouched nature and a piece of history that you can experience by visiting the old village where you will be greeted by many churches, some older than 500 years. Of particular interest is the church of St. Vitus located at the very top of the Omis Dinara (639m) to which leads a well-maintained hiking trail, ideal for afternoon or early morning excursions.
