The flat was perfect for our large family, it became a bit warm, which is normal in the hot season, but the stay was smooth and close to everything we wanted to do, I would definitely recommend it, There is no lift, so be ready to carry the bags upstairs, but again, this is common in most places I have rented in Europe, so overall, a fantastic stay

The accommodation is extremely clean and accurately described, The location is ideal, However, there was a very intense odor in one of the bedrooms, It was so potent that with the door open, one could not walk past the hallway without detecting it, It resembled the scent of human sweat, Despite our best efforts, we were unable to pinpoint the source of the odor, We chose not to bring it to Jeffrey's attention (to be fair) since we arrived very late and were exhausted, Apart from this issue, the apartment is flawless, Please note that there is only one toilet and 2 showers (one in each bedroom),

The location is great, just a few steps from the shopping street in Cannes and the beach. The apartment is really well-equipped and met all our wishes. The only problem was a homeless person in the stairwell who had been sleeping there. Apparently, someone had not properly locked the entrance door, allowing him to come in. We called the police several times, but unfortunately, they were not interested in helping us. With our luggage, we couldn't get past him, which was quite annoying. Finally, a passerby and neighbor helped us when we asked him to speak to the homeless person. When we called the police again next to the homeless person, he had enough and left the building. We always made sure to close the entrance door properly so that no one else could come in. Unfortunately, the apartment was a bit dirty due to the construction site in the building. I informed the owner, who immediately sent someone over the next day.
