The apartment was a serious disappointment from start to finish. First and most immediately: the entire place reeked of old cigarette smoke. Not subtle, overwhelming, and impossible to ignore throughout the stay. The cleanliness was unacceptable. The apartment was dirty on arrival, with crumbs everywhere and no sign of a proper clean between guests. The condition is just as bad. Everything is old, worn down, and in poor shape — bathroom cupboards that don't close, closets falling apart, showers and floors in rough condition, low-quality facilities throughout. The building itself is no better: rundown and neglected. On top of all that, we were only given 2 sets of keys for a group that needed 3, a basic logistical failure that added unnecessary stress. There is no interphone working, we had to walk down to open the door every time. No amount of flattering photos prepares you for the reality. We would never return and would not recommend this to anyone.
