Already did by email But not hot water No key to get inside the building No answer any time by the owner or company to solve the problems We left two days before the conclusion of the rental to another apartment That is really bad If you are traveling to need answer from the rental company

The pictures show 2 beds while there is only one plus a sofa bed. The worst thing was that the bedsheet were stained and when I brought this up I did not receive even a sorry. I had paid for late check out and then asked to leave by 10 because other people were coming. The location is excellent, and the rest of the cleaning was good.
