Located in the small village of Raša in western Istria, Villa Vlacich is an oasis of tranquility with a sea view, providing comfortable accommodations for up to eight guests. Positioned in an absolutely peaceful location with no neighbors, it is ideal for a private vacation. It is particularly interesting due to its rustic appearance with wood and stone elements, which are typical for Istria. On the ground floor of this 250 m² villa, there is a spacious, fully equipped kitchen and a dining room with large windows that allow in plenty of natural light. The living room is equipped with an LED TV and a PlayStation. Additionally, on the ground floor, there is a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a shared bathroom. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom, as well as a bathroom in the hallway. In a separate building, designed for maximum privacy and relaxation, there is another bedroom with its own bathroom. One bedroom has access to the balcony. The bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub and shower, and each room has air conditioning and a TV. In the 1,000 square meter garden, there is a 36 square meter heated saltwater pool, a children's playground, a barbecue, and a covered terrace for outdoor dining, a garage, and four parking spaces. The villa also features an annex with billiards, foosball, and a massage chair for relaxation. The beach is only 700 m away, while shops and restaurants are 2 km from the villa.
