I had a pleasant stay in the charming flat in Basse Californie. The apartment is beautifully renovated and had everything I needed for a comfortable vacation. The living room was spacious, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Cannes. The kitchen was well-equipped, making meal preparation easy. I particularly appreciated the separate toilet, which was convenient for my family. The private parking space was a huge plus, as finding parking in the area can be difficult. Overall, an excellent stay!

Our concierge was always friendly, proactive, lenient and available throughout our stay, a big thank you to him, However, we had some surprises and disappointments: a supplement of 40€ is requested for arrivals after 7pm, which should have been mentioned from the start in the ad, The cleanliness of the apartment was not up to par (despite the high cost of cleaning): we found crawling insects, alive and dead, and dirt on the floor throughout our stay, In addition, we had problems using the television (cables disconnected by the previous occupants, remote control without batteries), However, despite everything, we had a good stay, The little attentions of our host, such as the bathroom kit, the coffee kit, and the large number of towels, were very appreciated, Thank you for the welcome,
