The location is amazing- within walking distance to anywhere in town! The internet can be a bit temperamental and challenging to work with if you have a lot to do, Any issues we had in the apartment were resolved promptly, Responses to other questions were slow and a bit disorganized, Everything was impeccably clean, with comfortable furniture and beds, and quiet neighbors, The terrace was the best feature of the apartment,

We absolutely adored the apartment, It's a spacious apartment with 3 bedrooms and a large living room, as well as a fully equipped kitchen & dining room, The house provides ample storage space for medium to long stays, Although the terrace is a great feature, we couldn't enjoy it due to the cold weather as we are used to tropical climates, This brings us to our only issue,,, none of the bedrooms had heating, The only functioning heater was in the living room, Consequently, my wife had to sleep on the sofa during the nights when the temperature significantly dropped, A very minor inconvenience is that the internet can be temperamental in the bedrooms, but it never completely failed us, The location is superb, within walking distance of Croisette, Palais du festival, and the train station, All the best dining and shopping options are easily accessible, and we took full advantage of them, If you need groceries or fresh produce, there's a supermarket just a minute away, Highly recommended, Cheers

The penthouse was nice and large, but we were a bit disappointed by the lack of the mentioned amenities. However, the location made up for it, as we were close to everything we wanted to see.

The penthouse was beautiful, but it didn't quite meet my expectations. Although it was spacious and clean, I found the decor a bit outdated. On the positive side, it was centrally located, making it easy to walk to various shops and restaurants. Perfect for those who want to explore Cannes without needing a car. Overall a decent stay, but I think I will prefer a more modern space next time.
