Villa GABRIEL is a newly built villa located in Stanići village. Furnished with exceptional quality and provides all the amenities required for a luxurious and comfortable vacation. It comprises four en-suite bedrooms situated on the ground floor, a spacious living/dining area featuring a playroom and PlayStation 4 on the first floor, and a rooftop terrace featuring a heated swimming pool, whirlpool, and outdoor dining area, all of which boast breathtaking sea views.
The parking area is secure for three cars. Everything is within walking distance so the car is not necessary. However, it is recommended that you are not limited to exploring many attractions offered in this area of coastal Dalmatia.
Villa Gabriel provides the following organization exclusively for you:
*The rooftop is approached by an indoor staircase from the living area and offers a spectacular 55sqm rooftop terrace with a 40,7sqm heated pool and fully automated salt electrolysis system. A pool has a 5sqm shallow part (40cm depth). You have provided breathtaking views of the ocean, Stanici village, and the islands. The view from the rooftop is an experience that you will greatly appreciate. There exists a distinct restroom facility. If you prefer a traditional barbecue, you can use the one on the ground floor in front of the main entrance.
*The first floor offers a spacious and air-conditioned living area of 90sqm and includes a stylish living room with sofa, flat screen TV, sliding doors to the covered 28sqm terrace with sea views, and a comfortable lounge corner and sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with a kitchen island, a microwave oven, a filter coffee machine, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a stylish dining area, and a fireplace with a sofa. There is also a family bathroom with a shower, and an area for children with a sofa, flat-screen TV, PlayStation 4, and many other toys. There are also glass doors toward the shared covered terrace.
*The ground floor - parking level offers 4 bedrooms.
Bedroom NO1 (18 sqm-South) is equipped with a queen-sized bed measuring 160x200cm, a television, air conditioning, an en-suite bathroom with a shower (3.8 sqm), and a shared terrace with sea views (12,5 sqm). Bedroom NO2 (12.5 sqm-South) has a queen-sized bed 160x200cm, TV, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with a shower (3.5 sqm), and a shared terrace with bedroom No1, sea views (12.5 sqm).
Bedroom NO3 (16sqm - East) has a queen size bed 160x200cm, TV, air conditioning, an en-suite bathroom with a shower (3,5 sqm), and a balcony with a table (10 sqm) with views of the neighborhood.
Bedroom NO4 (12,5 sqm-West) is equipped with a queen-sized bed measuring 160x200cm, a TV, air conditioning, an en-suite bathroom with a shower (3 sqm), and a view of the surrounding area.

It takes only a few minutes to reach the charming pebble beach with numerous water attractions, situated at a distance of 400 meters from the property, and Stanići center, featuring numerous bars, restaurants, and shops, is located at a distance of 200-300 meters.
