Dreamlike view, absolutely quiet yet close to the city, and pure pleasure!
Detached house, built in the traditional Spanish country house style, exclusive and spacious on an approx. 700 m² large, not overlooked property with illuminated pool (5 x 10 m with Roman steps), own Mediterranean garden with several terraces. The villa is located in a prominent, near-town, but absolutely quiet residential area right at the foot of Montgo, the local mountain of Denia, now a nature reserve, with close access to its hiking trails. The house offers superior and complete amenities and a total of 4 bedrooms for max. 8 people. Due to the elevation of the property, you can enjoy a unique panoramic view of the bay of Denia, the fortress, the fishing, sea, and yacht harbors, the Montgó mountain range, as well as the entire bay of Valencia and the Mediterranean Sea, also from the approximately 40 square meter covered salon terrace, which, with its arches, the beautiful dining area, and the lounge sofa, invites you to rest and linger, making every meal a special delight. When occupied by more than 4 people, in addition to the main apartment (HW) on the ground floor, the guest apartment (GW) is also available; see the photos of the floor plans (however, the property is for the sole use of up to 4 people in any case). Bed linens (German hotel quality) and towels (per person, 1 set of hand and bath towel) as well as 1 beach and bath towel are available for rent upon request for a small fee (15.00 EUR per person). Of course, you are welcome to bring your own bed linen/towels.
Since the property is also regularly used by the owners themselves, great importance was placed on well-maintained furnishings and a complete inventory. For example, a small home library is available to you, including all common travel guides about the 'Costa Blanca', as well as a 'treasure chest' filled with various toys for our little guests. Location and surroundings of object
Denia – the gateway to the Costa Blanca – is located at the foot of Mount Montgó between Valencia to the north (approx. 100 km) and Alicante to the south (approx. 100 km), with their respective international airports. Denia is dominated by its noteworthy medieval castle, which offers a beautiful view. To the north of Denia, you will find about 20 km of very beautiful, wide sandy beaches, while to the south, the rocky coastal sections with small coves are a paradise for lovers of untouched nature. Denia is a small, naturally grown Spanish town full of joie de vivre and offers a carefree vacation in every respect with all supply and leisure facilities and the best shopping opportunities. Not without reason, Denia's motto is 'Tu Sabes Vivir', which means: "You know how to live!" Denia's surroundings and the mountainous hinterland offer a variety of excursion possibilities that are also interesting for children. Of course, hikes in the Montgo Nature Park right from the house are recommended. About 40 km south of Dénia lies Benidorm, where there is the beautiful water park 'Aqualandia' with many large water slides and the large amusement park 'Terra Mitica' with great attractions like roller coasters, drop tower, and water rides. Terra Mitica is a theme park that specifically deals with Egypt, Greece, Rome, Iberia, and the islands. Entirely new since 2005 is the nearby nature park 'Terra Natura', which offers a journey through nature and past civilizations in America, Asia, and Europe on 32 hectares. Also in Benidorm is the animal park 'Mundomar'. Additionally, one can take sea cruises from Denia as well as other cities. A city tour of Valencia and excursions into the mountainous hinterland of Denia are also worthwhile.

Great villa in Denia
We spent a wonderful week below the Montgo in Denia. A first-class pool with a great view of the entire city and the sea invited us to cool off in the best late summer weather. The rooms, the spacious terrace (also with this unique view), and the lovingly landscaped garden allowed us to have a perfect holiday week. With a car or a rented scooter, you can quickly get to the city and truly enjoy Denia.

Wunderschöne Finca mit tollen Blick über Dénia
Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt in dieser Finca! Schon bei der Ankunft waren wir begeistert von der ruhigen Lage und dem atemberaubenden Blick auf Dénia und das Meer. Die Unterkunft ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Besonders schön ist der Außenbereich mit dem Pool und den gemütlichen Sitzmöglichkeiten – perfekt, um den Tag bei einem Glas Wein ausklingen zu lassen.
Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, und die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos. Auch die Anfahrt war unkompliziert, und Dénia mit seinen Restaurants, Stränden und dem Hafen ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
Wir können diese Finca uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen ganz sicher wieder. Ein echtes kleines Paradies an der Costa Blanca!

Clean and cozy accommodation with a brilliant view of Denia.
We were allowed to spend our vacation this year in this beautiful holiday home. Even before our arrival, we were very satisfied with the communication with the hosts and ultimately also with the manager. When we entered the house, the first thing that struck us was the sensational view over Denia, the castle, and the harbor. The residence itself has all the amenities one could wish for. A spacious living room with the adjoining kitchen, cozy bedrooms both on the first and lower floors, the two well-equipped bathrooms, and finally the wonderful large terrace with the mentioned view and various seating options. The house is very stylishly and modernly furnished, as shown in the photos. The pool with its own terrace - a dream! A visit to the castle in Denia is recommended, but a hike on the Montgo right behind the house is also worth a trip. Overall, we felt very comfortable. Thank you for this great vacation!

Dreamlike accommodation with breathtaking view
We had a wonderful stay in Denia. This lovingly furnished house offers everything one could wish for. We spent wonderful evenings, especially on the huge terrace including a gas grill. The absolute highlight is the view of Denia and the sea. The house is located on the last street on the mountain, so the view couldn't be more beautiful, and it is also very quiet. Additionally, the well-maintained garden with pool is worth mentioning. The location is truly perfect from our perspective; a hiking trail to Montgo is practically right behind the house, in just a few minutes you are in the city or at the sea, yet it is still very quiet. The contact with the hosts was also very uncomplicated and friendly, and the apartment was very clean. We will definitely come back!

A wonderful house with a dreamlike view and overall an unforgettable vacation in Denia!
We spent the last week of our 5-week tour through Spain at Villa Buena Vista, and we were thrilled, as this house was undoubtedly the best accommodation we could have used during this long time. The location of the house in Denia is simply unique, quiet yet still close to the city. Upon our arrival, we were personally greeted at the house by the nice property manager, and the landlords even prepared a small welcome gift for us. The large house is very well maintained, nicely clean, and equipped to a high standard; nothing is missing overall. The kitchen is completely new and fully equipped, as is the bathroom. The most spectacular feature is the huge covered salon terrace with numerous seating options and this breathtaking panoramic view of the city, the castle, the harbor, and the mountain massif of Montgo. Here, we loved to spend our time, enjoying the days and evenings while relaxing wonderfully. There are also 2 more terraces, one in the beautifully landscaped garden area at the back and a large private terrace directly by the beautiful large private pool. We ourselves slept in the upper bedroom with this dreamy view. For our friends' couple, one of the bedrooms was prepared in the lower, equally light-flooded floor. The city center of Denia is only about 2.5 km away and can be reached in a few minutes by car. Denia itself is very interesting and lively and does not seem as deserted in the off-season as other places along the coast. All shops and numerous excellent restaurants were open, and Denia and the surrounding area always offer all possibilities for an unforgettable vacation.
Overall, our enthusiasm for Villa Buena Vista still lingers, as we had a wonderful time in this house and in Denia. Many thanks again to the nice landlords; we would love to come back!
