A covered dining area for six with a grill (charcoal), a kitchen counter with an electric stove top and a sink, a family bathroom with a shower and washing machine is next door.
*The ground floor offers a cute and air-conditioned living area with a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a very comfortable stay (a Nespresso capsule coffee machine, microwave oven, dishwasher, etc.). ), a dining table for 6, a sofa (that can be converted into a sofa bed), a TV, free WiFi, and a fireplace.
*The first floor offers a gallery with a sofa (which can be converted into a sofa bed for two children or one adult) and a TV.
Bedroom NO1 features a queen-size bed with 160 x 200 cm, air conditioning, and views of the pool and the natural surroundings.

Activities in the area of Sinj: Riding horses here gives you a unique perspective on Croatia and lets you discover undiscovered regions of fascinating old villages through a variety of terrains. In addition to horse riding, there is the possibility to explore Sinj, a town known for the Alka tournament, which has a fascinating past. The game, originally played by knights, has existed for more than 280 years and is displayed in the Sinj Museum. The Sinj Museum, located 10 km from the property, is worth visiting. It is so inventive, engaging, and well-organized that you will want to learn even more about Alka.
If you want to experience more adrenaline, try an amazing mountain quad safari. The places that are definitely safe include a famous city (40 km or 44 minutes) with its major historical attractions such as Diocletian's Palace and the old town, which are protected by UNESCO. You can take a beautiful tour of the Krka Waterfalls (1-hour drive) and on your way back visit the UNESCO town of Trogir, which is sometimes referred to as a city museum due to its rich cultural heritage and preserved authentic architecture. The nearest highway exit/entrance is Dugopolje 25 km away, and the nearest airport is Spu Spling Airport, which is 50 km away or less than an hour's drive.
