Villa Alba is a modern holiday home for up to 10 people. It is located in the picturesque village of Seget Vranjica, near the historic town of Trogir (6 km) on the Adriatic coast. It was created to offer guests comfort and luxury. The breathtaking, 350-square-meter, fully air-conditioned, three-story house offers free Wi-Fi both indoors and outdoors.
*Two cars are secured in the parking space, and there are two more spots for cars in the garage. The villa's entertainment package includes a PlayStation 4 console (in the fitness area), two bicycles for exploring the neighborhood, which can shift gears, and table tennis for some fun. The ground floor offers an excellent gym for daily use for those who do not want to give up their workout program while on vacation. You will find a rowing machine, a multi-function device, a bench with weights, and an exercise bike. The other corner of this area includes two single sofas and a Smart TV with a PS4. There is a separate toilet. Additionally, there is a separate laundry room with a washing machine, a dryer, and an iron with ironing accessories. Next to the gym is bedroom No. 1 (15.5 m²) with a super king-size bed measuring 200 cm x 210 cm (which can be split into two single beds), a lodge, air conditioning, TV, and an en-suite bathroom (5.5 m²) with a bathtub. The outdoor/pool level features a private infinity and heated swimming pool (10.5 m x 3.7 m), a fully automatic salt electrolysis system, a sun deck area with 6 loungers and terrace awning, an outdoor shower, a very comfortable and covered lounge corner, a covered outdoor dining area for 10 people with a barbecue (wood; charcoal). The perfect setting for outdoor meals with spectacular sea views. The indoor/pool level features an open, sun-drenched living and dining area with a beautiful living room, a cozy dining area, and a modern kitchen overlooking the sparkling sea. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances (wine cooler, JURA E60 coffee bean machine, microwave, etc.) and exhibits excellent quality and functionality. The living room features a beautiful, opulent sofa and a 64-inch smart TV, and sliding doors lead directly to the pool and sun deck area. Next to the living area is bedroom No. 2 (172 square feet) with sea view, a super king-size bed 79 inches x 83 inches (can be split into two single beds), a door to the pool area, air conditioning, TV, and its own bathroom (59 square feet) with a shower.
* The first floor offers 3 comfortable bedrooms with sea views. Bedroom No. 3 (15 m²) with a super king-size bed (2 x 2.10 m), air conditioning, television, private bathroom with shower (5.5 m²), and balcony.
