Semi-detached house in a beautiful, quiet, beach-close location, garden property, garden furniture, garden grill, satellite TV, parking spaces available within the property.
The right half of the house is being rented - completely separate.

Pets allowed

Ground floor: Lounge, kitchenette, shower / WC, open fireplace on the back terrace
(Terrace at the back + front).
Upper floor: a twin bedroom, a triple bedroom, WC with wash basin, balcony.

The holiday home can also be rented on a daily basis.

Here is the English translation of your text: --- The tenant may withdraw from the rental agreement at any time before the start of the rental period. The decisive factor is the receipt of the notice of withdrawal by the booking office or directly by the landlord. To avoid misunderstandings and for evidentiary purposes, it is strongly recommended that the withdrawal be declared in writing (registered letter). If the tenant withdraws from the rental agreement or, without withdrawing from the rental agreement, does not take up the rental, the landlord may demand reasonable compensation for the arrangements made and expenses incurred, according to the following scale: - 89 to 41 days before the start of the rental: 30% of the rental price - 40 days before the start of the rental: 50% of the rental price - 14 days before the start of the rental: 80% of the rental price If no cancellation is made and the services are not used, 90% of the rental price must be paid. The customer/tenant has the option to provide evidence to the landlord/owner that the landlord/owner has suffered no loss or a lesser loss. For the tenant and their family members (wife/husband, son, and daughter), travel cancellation insurance (basic coverage) is automatically included in the rental price upon booking. For all other accompanying persons, it is strongly recommended to take out travel cancellation insurance in order to avoid financial disadvantages in the event of a cancellation.
