This vacation home is located in the Skagen Strand vacation center in a picturesque area, only 800 m from the beach. You will stay in a whitewashed house measuring 72 m², which was built in the mid-1980s and is inspired by Skagen's famous architecture. The house has a south-facing terrace and beautiful garden furniture.In connection with the vacation home, you have access to numerous facilities together with the other houses in the vacation center, including a small water park with a 48 m long slide, bubble grotto, steam bath, sauna, and infrared cabin. Outside, there are bouncy cushions, a moon car course, a cable car, a jungle path, a toy ship, and playgrounds for the children.There is also plenty on offer for active vacationers, such as a soccer field, 4 tennis courts, beach volleyball, basketball, mini golf, table tennis, and pétanque, as well as opportunities for wonderful running, hiking, and cycling tours in the area. In the sports hall, you can play badminton and handball and use the fitness room.The house has 5 beds:\1 room with a double bed,1 loft with 3 single beds.A maximum of 2 pets are allowed for an additional fee of DKK 325 per pet.There are no pay TV channels in the house.SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED.The house is not rented to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
