Welcome to the holiday flat Am Sonnenrain 13 in Lossburg, in the northern Black Forest. This charming accommodation in our holiday home on a south-facing slope offers space for up to four guests in 69 square metres of living space, spread over two bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate WC.
The flat has a balcony that offers a wonderful view of the surrounding countryside, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the fresh air. An electric barbecue is available for barbecue enthusiasts and there is also a car park. A cot is available for our youngest guests.
The kitchen is equipped with modern conveniences such as a dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee machine.
A cosy dining area outside the kitchen invites you to eat and socialise together.
The living room is cosily furnished and offers a TV for relaxing evenings.
A high chair is available for our youngest guests.
The holiday flat is equipped with WLAN so that you can always stay connected. An iron and a hairdryer are also available.
Long-term rentals are possible and please note that this flat is a non-smoking accommodation.
The flat is surrounded by picturesque countryside, with meadows, hills and woodland to wander and explore. The building itself is a charming wooden house that fits perfectly into the rural surroundings.
Inside you will find a mix of modern comfort and a cosy atmosphere. The bedrooms are equipped with comfortable beds.
For hygiene reasons, bed linen (three pieces per person), hand/shower/kitchen towels and shower mats are not provided and must be brought by the guests.
The bathroom is modern and has a shower and washbasin.

The holiday flat is located in the municipality of Lossburg (northern Black Forest) in the suburb of Wittendorf. It is in a very quiet location. In Wittendorf there is a very good butcher's shop and a farm shop.
The family-friendly main town of Lossburg is approx. 4 km away.
Freudenstadt with its adventure pool, wide range of leisure and cultural activities and Germany's largest market square is approx. 10 km away.
The monastery and brewery town of Alpirsbach is approx. 13 km away.

From A 5: Exit 49 - B 462 direction Freudenstadt - in Freudenstadt B 28 direction Stuttgart - after 2 km take the B 294 direction Lossburg - Wittendorf - at the end of the village turn left to Sonnenrain.
From A 81: Exit 30 straight on past Horb to Neckarhausen - right to Glatt - straight on through Leinstetten - approx. 3 km after Leinstetten turn left to Wittendorf - 100 m after entering the village turn right (180° bend) to Sonnenrain

Very nice holiday apartment
Fantastic view of the Black Forest and the Swabian Jura.

I take care of the letting of the holiday flat with balcony and the holiday flat with terrace in our holiday home Sonnenrain 13 in 72290 Lossburg-Wittendorf near Freudenstadt for our community of owners consisting of two couples who are friends. I myself live in Plochingen in the district of Esslingen and am retired.
