Great!We were happy to be the first to stay in this newly opened guest house and were pleasantly surprised to discover such a spacious apartment, with comfortable beds, a beautiful view and even complimentary local liquor, water bottles and milk waiting for us in the living room, The apartment, which is only half a floor above (about 10 steps), has a beautiful view from the balcony and is close to a cafe, a supermarket and a bus stop to the old town, The best thing about the place though are the owners - kind hearted, welcoming, always with a smile, and they even gave us a ride to the old town!\nDon',t let the few reviews scare you off, the place is perfectly fine :)

Nice apartment overall! It was really clean and had all the amenities we needed. The outdoor terrace was lovely for relaxing in the evening. Additionally, being close to the bus station made it super easy to get around and explore Dubrovnik. The only thing I would say is maybe a bit more dishware would be helpful, but we cooked without any issues. Overall, excellent value for money.

Everything was perfect! The apartment has been renovated, the beds are very comfortable and it was very clean. The kitchen is very well equipped, nothing is missing. It has its own parking, which was what we were looking for when we rented a car. It is not close to the center of Dubrovnik, but there is a bus stop at the door. We took Uber, which is not expensive there. What I would highlight the most is the kindness of the hostess, she was very attentive, to the point of leaving us fruit, milk, bread, jam and coffee so that we could have breakfast. A detail that we greatly appreciated.

A very warm welcome from our hosts, and thoughtful gestures towards us. Spacious rooms and areas with everything necessary for sleeping and cooking. We even found milk, water, and some fruits upon our arrival.
Comfortable beds and a very pleasant terrace to relax.
The bus stop to get to the center of Dubrovnik was just a minute away. We were able to leave the car near the apartment and visit the city at our leisure.
Exiting onto the road, to the left and 200 meters away, there is a good restaurant, Meji, offering pizzas, lasagna, and other dishes with remarkable quality-price ratio.
