Description

Villa Kate is lovely three-bedroom villa with heated outdoor swimming pool and furnished terrace surrounded with greenery, located in quite settlement near historical Dalmatian town of Trogir.
Luggage storage before check in and after checkout is available, so that you can explore the place a bot more before departure.
Free private parking is available on site.

This three bedroom villa can comfortably accommodate up to seven persons.
It features free WiFi, air-conditioning and cable TV. Kitchen is fully equipped and comes with dining area.
Villa will also provide guests with lovely furnished terrace and garden surrounding the property. Outdoor heated swimming pool comes with sun loungers and parasols. Barbecue facilities are also at guests' disposal.

Villa Kate is located in quite little place Marina, approximately 10 km away from UNESCO-protected historic town of Trogir. Marina is ideal place where guests can relax in peace, far away from city crowds.

Perfect, relaxing and beautiful! The house is beautiful, as is the courtyard with the pool. The view is fantastic. The house is very tastefully decorated and there is everything you need!!! Towels, hairdryer, iron, oil, vinegar, washing machine + detergent, great kitchen equipment and much more. The host is very nice and extremely accommodating. When we arrived, the table was set and there were a lot of local specialties and fresh lavender. We were shown everything and Davor was available at any time if we had any questions. There was also a gift as we left.

Perfect, relaxing, and beautiful! The house is stunning, as is the yard with the pool. The view is dreamy. The house is overall very tastefully furnished and has everything you need!!! Towels, hairdryer, iron, oil, vinegar, washing machine + detergent, super kitchen equipment, etc. The host is very nice and extremely accommodating. Upon our arrival, the table was set, and there were many local specialties and fresh lavender. Everything was shown to us, and Davor was always available for questions. There was also a gift upon farewell.
