Villa Lavanda Korčula is situated in Zavalatica, a picturesque coastal village on Korčula island near the town of Korčula, famous for its beautiful beaches and historic monuments, cafes and restaurants.

The property features self-catering accommodation with private outdoor swimming pool, furnished sun terrace, children's outdoor playing ground and equipment, private garden and BBQ facilities, just perfect for a nice family or friends vacation.

Free private parking on side is available to the guests.

Luggage storage is available before check in.

Pets are allowed with notice ( one pet ) with no additional charge.

***Damage deposit of 200 euros is requested upon arrival.***

This spacious five bedroom villa features WiFi, air-conditioning and a flat-screen SAT TV. Two fully equipped kitchens include an oven, stove, coffee maker, refrigerator, water kettle, microwave, toaster and a dining table. Villa has three bathrooms with shower cabins and hair dryers. Washing machine and baby cot are at the guests disposal.
Guests are sure to enjoy many outdoor amenities which this villa offers such as an outdoor playground for children, outdoor swimming pool, sun chairs, parasols, sun terrace and BBQ facilities.

Zavalatica has two grocery stores and a couple of restaurants as well as a small night bar situated right by the sea. Buses from Korčula to Čara run six times a day. The nearest beach is 70 m away. Supermarket can be reached in 500 m while the pharmacy is 25 km away. The closest bus station is located in Cara , it is 2.5 km away from the property.

Ferry port is 25 km away, in Vela Luka, and Dubrovnik airport is 163 km away.

Spacious and well-equipped! The layout was perfect for our large group. We loved the terrace for morning coffee, and the barbecue facilities were a nice bonus. An excellent place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

The villa was spacious and comfortable for our group of ten. We enjoyed the two fully equipped kitchens, which made meal preparation easy. Zavalatica is a charming little village, and the nearby beach of Žitna was a nice place to relax.
