Experience an unforgettable vacation in the beautiful Villa Amella, located in the picturesque Vodnjan in the heart of Istria. This luxury villa spans over 1000 m2 and provides perfect accommodation for up to 10 guests in 435 square meters of space.

Our luxury villa extends over 3 floors, offering 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and 2 additional toilets.

The property has a comfortable outdoor area and modern interior. The highlight is a large heated swimming pool (81 m²) located on the terrace in front of the villa. It is surrounded by a lush garden, sun loungers, and native Mediterranean plants. The outdoor dining area with a barbecue space is perfect for relaxing in the afternoon to the sounds of nature.

On the first floor, there is a large open-plan living room with high glass walls from floor to ceiling and a fully equipped kitchen with a beautiful view of the pool and terrace. The open kitchen with a built-in island is furnished in a modern and stylish manner. It opens onto a spacious terrace with a large dining table and beautiful views of the beautifully landscaped surroundings. The master bedroom is also located on this floor.

On the first floor, there are 3 modern and comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The bedrooms have balconies overlooking the tranquil surroundings.

This villa is an excellent choice for those who want to explore Istria and relax in a peaceful environment. Within the facility, guests can enjoy table tennis, table football, and billiards in the ground floor game room. Children can have fun on the trampoline. There is also a sauna on the ground floor, perfect for relaxing after swimming in the pool.
