It features 1 bedroom, 1 sofa bed (each for 2 people), and 1 spacious bathroom, ideal for couples and small families seeking a comfortable getaway. In the visible roof with a gable height of 4.6 meters, 6 skylights are installed, which flood the rooms with light at any time of day. An underfloor heating system throughout provides cozy warmth during the transitional seasons and in winter.
The 300-year-old natural stone walls guarantee a comfortable and excellent living quality.
RUSTICO SAN ROCCO impresses with its lovingly designed interior featuring wooden floors and a wooden roof, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a kitchen unit, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, and a washing machine. All appliances are built into the kitchen. A kettle, SENSEO coffee machine and a small conventional coffee machine (optionally with pods or loose coffee), toaster and hand mixer are also available, as well as all kitchen utensils. The living room invites relaxation with comfortable armchairs, a sofa bed, a large television, books, and games, while the house-wide Wi-Fi ensures constant connectivity. The beds are equipped with high-quality mattress toppers and bedding appropriate for the season, allowing for restful nights. All valuables can be stored in a small safe in the bedroom. The bathroom offers, in addition to modern amenities, a hairdryer and a towel warmer.
In the middle of a vegetable garden lies the small terrace with morning sun. A bistro table with 5 chairs and 2 sun loungers are available, where you can spend relaxing hours outdoors.

Dream vacation
We were able to experience dreamlike vacation days in the Rustico San Rocco! We lacked nothing!
The apartment, which is actually a small house, is located in a beautiful area with a stunning view of Lake Maggiore and the mountains behind it.
The Rustico is equipped with everything one needs for a successful vacation and what the heart desires! Doris has furnished the Rustico so tastefully and with high quality.
We lacked absolutely nothing! Our landlord, Doris, is wonderful! We were welcomed so warmly and sat comfortably together with a welcome drink. In the house, there was a lovely fruit bowl waiting, and champagne and water in the fridge. For any questions, we could turn to Doris; she was always there for us!
For a dream vacation, we can only highly recommend the Rustico! We certainly won't be the last time with Doris and at the Rustico!

Rustico Holiday Home
We were with our dog Falko in this beautiful accommodation! Everything was very clean, the house was equipped with everything you need, and the landlady was very, very nice and accommodating! We would love to come back!

Pure relaxation in a beautiful small vacation apartment.
I am not very experienced when it comes to vacation rentals. But one thing I know: if it is always this great, I want to believe in happiness again?
The apartment is located in a small village on the upper slope above Porto Valtravaglia in a wonderfully renovated old building.
The journey was no problem with a few tips from the landlord. She welcomed me and my dog Caya with open arms, showed me the apartment, explained everything, and to celebrate the day, she had a glass with me. The photos show exactly how it is. Nothing is edited or enhanced. We felt very comfortable, also because a nice fruit basket, water, and a bottle of Prosecco were ready. On the hot days, we enjoyed the shady garden in the mornings, and Caya could feel at home here.
Doris is a very kind landlord and adapts completely to the needs of her tenants.

My name is Doris Mangeng. I am Austrian and grew up in Liechtenstein. 27 years ago, I decided to take a life-changing step and made Lake Maggiore my center of life. In 2014, I began the expansion work on RUSTICO SAN ROCCO. Initially, the house was just a raw stone masonry, which I had ignored for years because making this house habitable would have involved enormous effort. But in 2014, the time had come. In May 2015, the house was first made available for rent on "traum-ferienwohnungen.de". Over these 10 years, it accumulated more than 40 5-star reviews, which unfortunately I cannot transfer to my new internet portal "ferienhausmiete.de". I hope that I can continue to count on many satisfied guests on my newly chosen platform and would like to express my sincere thanks in advance!
