Discover our holiday home "Villa Sunshine" in the beautiful Gruissan-Les Ayguades in the south of France. Our charming holiday home accommodates up to 4 guests on 55 square meters of living space.

It features a bedroom on the ground floor and 1 bathroom, ideal for a relaxed vacation with family or friends.
The holiday home is situated in a quiet location (dead-end street, protected with a rolling gate) between the sea and lagoon, both approximately 150 m away. 1x living room, kitchen, bathroom, and. WC, large terrace, conservatory, very good facilities. Windows with insect protection.

Beach holiday

Very beautiful and well-equipped holiday home. Very clean and completely sufficient for 4 people. The conservatory was particularly nice now in December; the sun shines in here in the morning. The beach is quickly reachable on foot. We can recommend the house without reservation... and would gladly come back.

Great accommodation for a beach holiday.

Cozy holiday home, spacious, well-equipped: Everything you need for a relaxing vacation is there. Very practical that many things were already available upon arrival: oils, spices, coffee, tea, etc. (you replace what you consume)
The house completely matches the description.
Very nice contact with many tips and detailed information. Uncomplicated check-in and check-out. Short walk to the expansive sandy beach. Gruissan, the salt marsh, the markets are always worth a visit. Thanks to the rental bike, we mostly left the car parked. We had two wonderful vacation weeks in southern France. Many thanks to the Emmerich family.
