Welcome to our cozy holiday home, just 100 meters from the beach. Thanks to the excellent location, you can easily reach the beach, the dunes, and the cozy center of Egmond aan Zee with its restaurants, cafés, and shops on foot.
The holiday home accommodates up to 4 people and features one bedroom as well as an adjoining sleeping area. This makes the accommodation ideal for couples, small families or friends who want to spend a relaxing holiday on the North Sea.
The cozy living room invites you to relax after a day at the beach. The compact kitchen is practically equipped and offers everything you need to prepare breakfast or a simple meal. The amenities include, among other things, a filter coffee machine, a kettle, a stovetop, a refrigerator, as well as kitchen utensils. In front of the holiday home there is a small outdoor area with seating, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or the evening in the fresh sea air. The accommodation also has a private entrance, free Wi-Fi, and a hairdryer.

Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.

? For your stay, you will receive a parking card that allows you to conveniently park in zones C and D around the accommodation.
